Thanks for all your fantastic questions, everyone! We’ve been getting a lot of great feedback that this information has really been helping people, so please keep your questions coming, and we’ll keep answering!
In order to catch up with the swarm of e-mails coming in, I had to record nearly 30 minutes of video to get all your questions answered. In an effort to save you time, we’ve listed all the questions below and have indicated which video (parts 1-3) they are answered in. This way, you can just jump straight to the answers you want rather than watching 30 straight minutes of video if you don’t have time.

I can’t get a loan right now to buy a house for owner occupancy. Any other way to get a mortgage?

Recently retired. Can you recommend the best way to roll my IRA lump sum into. My choices are custodian, with what seems to be large fees, or self-directed IRA llc with checkbook control, or another option is the solo 401K but you have to have a business to qualify for this. Any ideas to be most affordable, efficient and keep the IRS at bay?

I own a doublewide forclosure that I fixed up. I had a hard time getting a loan on it. When I got the loan, it was only for part of the amount that I invested in it. The rest is on a credit card and a home equity loan. I would like to get the whole amount rolled into one loan, but it seems that loans on mobile homes are impossible to get if it is an investor loan – I personally consider this home a second home since I have my two sons living in it. I would need a loan for about $110K. The home is worth around $125K. Any suggestions?
